How I DIY’d Frames for My Canvas Art
I bet you’re wondering how I got to the picture above right? Well, I’ll tell you. I made some DIY art awhile back in this blog post. The more I looked at them, I felt like they needed to be framed. Now, I don’t know about you but framing prices are sky high. I don’t want to knock framers, because in their own way they are artists but it’s hard to part with more money than the actual art costs. If I had unlimited amounts of money, I would definitely get my art framed but I don’t have it like that. Therefore, I went to YouTube University to figure out how to frame my canvas art with wood molding.
St. Lucia for the Win – The Best Resort You’ve Never Heard Of
For my birthday this year, I went to St. Lucia in the West Indies. It had been on my bucket list forever because of the terrain. Mountains and volcanoes are my jam. There are trails in the rainforest leading to spectacular waterfalls too. I wasn’t going to go and one of my best friends talked me into it and I’m so happy she did because, YOLO.
The Best Happy Hour Food
Happy Hour is one of those things that you either are down with or not. People usually go after work to get some drinks and calm down from a stressful day at work. Some people just want to get home as quickly as possible and don’t want to spend any time in a crowded bar. The food is usually fried and just something to go with the drinks. But, I for one, like to have good food also.
Designer & Diy’er pumped up on caffeine and willing to create anything. I want to let women know they can do it and if they don’t want to, I will.
