The 34 Best End of Season Labor Day Essentials
I can’t believe it’s almost Labor Day. It seems like this whole year is going by so fast. I was thinking about all of the end of season sales going on, but there’s still quite a bit of Summer left at least here in Georgia. If you didn’t get a chance to get your backyard set up, like me, I’ve compiled a list of what I think are the best items to have for Labor Day and going into the Fall season.
My Renovation Journey – Part 2
This is the continuation of my reno journey. After finishing the outside of the house, I was itching to get into the house and do something so I decided to tackle the guest room. There really wasn’t much to do in here but, as you can see, it was extremely dark like the rest of the house and the ceiling had some sort of texture on it.

DIY an Old File Cabinet
When I saw this file cabinet, I started laughing because when I tried to move it, the top just disintegrated from all of the rain. It was some sort of particle board. I knew I could make a top for it and do something unique with the whole thing. What it was going to be, I didn’t know but I had faith.
